Privacy notice.
At Monarca we protect your information the way we protect the wood: with care and no fine print. Here is what we collect, why, and how to control it. This is a courtesy English summary; the binding version under Mexican law is the Spanish aviso de privacidad.
1. Who is responsible
Monarca, cocinas y carpintería ("Monarca"), located at Francisco Murgia 336, Las Juntas, C.P. 48291, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
2. What we collect
Only what you share through the site form, WhatsApp, or our assistant chat (Caoba): your name, your phone or WhatsApp, your email (if you provide it), and the project details you choose to tell us. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
3. Why we use it
- To contact you and answer your questions.
- To prepare and follow up on your quote.
- To schedule the video call, on-site visit and measurements.
- To carry out and follow up on your project.
Secondarily, and only if you do not object, we may use your contact to send information about our services. You can opt out of these secondary purposes at any time without affecting your project.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. To run the site and organize incoming messages we use technology providers (automation, spreadsheet and messaging) that act as processors on Monarca's behalf, under confidentiality. No transfers are made to third parties for purposes other than those described here.
5. Your rights (ARCO)
You may Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the use of your data, and limit its use for secondary purposes. To exercise any of these, write to us on WhatsApp at +52 322 321 9872 or visit our workshop at the address in section 1, stating your name and your request.
